Strategic Planning

The scorecard measured from the base, not filled in by hand.

Fourteen metrics across the four perspectives, with the OKRs linked to them — and each value coming from the same engine that closes the month.

WHAT HOLDS IT UP TODAY

The scorecard is filled in by hand, a month late

It is not a lack of effort: it is the format. A spreadsheet has nowhere to hold the rule, the trail and the permission at once.

  • The scorecard is filled in by hand

Someone collects the figures from five places and types them in. The collection's delay is management's delay.

  • OKR and metric live apart

The objective is in one tool and the figure in another. The link is a convention, not data.

  • The strategy dashboard runs a month late

It only exists after the manual close, so it arrives once the month is already over.

WHAT YOU SEE ON SCREEN

Fourteen metrics with target, actual and variance

Four things happen on this screen, and each one settles a piece of the month.

  1. 0:03

    The four perspectives with metrics

Fourteen measures spread out, each with target and actual.

  2. 0:10

The value coming from the base

The financial metric reads the engine. There is no typing between the close and the scorecard.

  3. 0:17

    The linked OKRs

The objective points to the metric that measures it — the link is data, not convention.

  4. 0:22

    Reading the whole

What is green, what is not, and where the plan is stuck.

BEFORE AND AFTER

The same operation, in both formats

How it runs today

  • Figures collected from five places and typed in
  • OKR in one tool, metric in another
  • The scorecard arrives after the month is over
  • Target and actual compared outside the system

With LeverPro

  • The financial metric reads the engine directly
  • OKR linked to the metric as data
  • The scorecard exists as soon as the base does
  • Target, actual and variance in one reading

HOW IT WORKS

From the ERP entry to the interface

Three steps, and the second is the one most tools skip.

  1. The measure is the close's

The financial metric is not a copy: it is the same reading the P&L uses.

  2. The link is explicit

OKR and metric linked by structure, not by a similar label.

  3. Frequency stops being a problem

With no manual collection, measuring more often costs no more.

WHO USES IT

What each role takes from this

  • Planning

Publishes the scorecard without becoming a figure collector.

  • Executive board

Reads target and actual on the same source as the result.

  • CFO

Links strategy and the close with no translation work between them.

QUESTIONS

What people usually ask about this interface

If yours is not here, ask — we reply within one business day.

Do all fourteen metrics come from the base?
The financial and operational ones the platform already integrates, yes. Those depending on an external source come in through the Integration Hub or by entry — and the difference is made explicit.
Can there be more than one scorecard?
Yes, by company, by area or by period.
And the target — where does it come from?
From the plan. When the target is financial, it is usually the approved budget version itself.
Are the OKRs company-wide?
The scope is finance and operations. OKRs from other areas fit the structure, but that is not what the platform delivers today.
