Financial Reports

The financial statement notes, written beside the statement they explain.

Doc AI reads the statement as broken down — IFRS 18 included — and writes the note with its figures. Text and table cannot diverge because they come from the same reading.

WHAT HOLDS IT UP TODAY

The note is written far from the figure it explains

It is not a lack of effort: it is the format. A spreadsheet has nowhere to hold the rule, the trail and the permission at once.

  • The note is written in another file

Word has no idea what happened to the statement after the text was pasted. One last-minute adjustment and the note describes a figure that no longer exists.

  • Rewriting everything every quarter

Eighty per cent of the text is repeating structure. It is retyped anyway, because there is no way to recompose only what changed.

  • Review eats up whoever understands it

The most expensive person on the team spends the end of the close checking the text against the table.

FINANCIAL REPORTS

Financial Statement Notes running in LeverPro

29 seconds of the platform really running, recorded from the interface itself. Press play.

Notes to the financial statements written by Doc AI next to the IFRS 18 P&L, inside LeverPro.

WHAT YOU SEE ON SCREEN

The note written beside the figures it cites

Four things happen on this screen, and each one settles a piece of the month.

  1. 0:04

The statement broken down on the left

It is the platform's own P&L, in the chosen structure — here, IFRS 18.

  2. 0:11

    Doc AI reads the figures

It does not get a summary: it reads the live statement, with the breakdown and comparison on screen.

  3. 0:19

    The note comes out written

Flowing text, with the figures in place and a reference to the line it describes.

  4. 0:25

The note stays linked to the base

Change the statement and the document follows. There is no Word version going stale.

BEFORE AND AFTER

The same operation, in both formats

How it runs today

  • The note lives in a file that does not know the statement
  • Every quarter the text is retyped almost in full
  • Checking text against table is manual end-of-cycle work
  • The last change in the P&L never reaches the document

With LeverPro

  • The document reads the statement as broken down, with its structure
  • What repeats is structure; what changes is recomposed
  • Text and table come from the same reading
  • A fix in the base reaches the document

HOW IT WORKS

From the ERP entry to the interface

Three steps, and the second is the one most tools skip.

  1. The statement is in the base

Doc AI does not start from an uploaded file — it starts from the statement the engine produced.

  2. The context is the whole operation

It sees the breakdown by branch, the comparison with budget and the history, not just the line it is writing.

  3. The document stays alive

It is a surface of the base like the P&L and the dashboard. A change at the source reaches it.

WHO USES IT

What each role takes from this

  • Controller

Delivers the note together with the statement, not a week later.

  • Accounting

Recomposes what changed instead of retyping what did not.

  • Internal audit

Checks text and figure against the same source, with the path down to the entry.

“LeverPro delivered a leap in efficiency and governance across accounting, with a significant cut in close time, the end of side spreadsheets and far more reliable financial statements.”

QUESTIONS

What people usually ask about this interface

If yours is not here, ask — we reply within one business day.

Does the text come out ready to publish?
It comes out as a draft for review. What it solves is the mechanical work — transcribing figures, rebuilding the structure, checking consistency. The decision about what to say stays with whoever signs.
Does it work with IFRS and the local corporate structure?
The note follows the structure of the statement on screen. The video shows IFRS 18; other structures coexist on the same entry.
What if I change the statement later?
The document is a surface of the base. A change at the source reaches it, instead of waiting for someone to remember to open the file.
Can we start from a model of our own?
Yes. What you gain is not the model — it is filling it with the right figure, straight from the base.
