SECTORS

A healthcare group is not one company: is several, with different sets of books.

Hospital, clinic, research centre and business unit usually each have their own legal entity, chart of accounts and tax regime — and, often, different systems. LeverPro reads each ledger where it is and adds it all up on the same management yardstick, with nobody matching accounts by hand every month.

WHAT HOLDS IT UP TODAY

Each unit closes its own way, and the group waits

None of these is the team's lack of effort. They are limits of where the data lives.

  • Each unit closes on its own chart of accounts

Hospital, outpatient clinic and research centre were born at different times, and each one's accounting structure reflects that. Adding them up requires someone to translate first.

  • Consolidating the group is weeks of manual work

Each unit exports, controllership levels it out in a spreadsheet, and the group's result only exists once the next month has begun.

  • Result per unit is not comparable

Without one yardstick, comparing two units' performance means comparing two criteria — and the conversation becomes about the criteria, not the result.

WHAT CHANGES

Each unit's ledger, added up on the same yardstick

  1. Your ERP is read where it is

There are more than a hundred ERPs integrated out of the box, from the general ones to healthcare-specific systems — MV among them. There is no export and no load project, and the clinical operation's system of record stays what it already is.

  2. Each unit keeps the chart of accounts it has

The mapping to the management chart of accounts is configured once. No unit has to change its books for the group to start adding up.

  3. The trail reaches the entry

Clicking a line in the consolidated figure drills down to the unit, the account and the source entry — what matters in an operation accountable to a sponsor and to a regulator.

  4. Permission by unit and by area

Each board area sees its own slice. The consolidated figure exists without one unit's management seeing another's detail.

HOW THE GROUP BECOMES ONE FIGURE

Three units, one yardstick

What controllership did by hand becomes configuration.

  • Reads each unit

Each one's ledger, on the system and chart of accounts it already has.

  • Translates once

The management chart does the mapping across the group's units.

  • Returns it with an audit trail

Group and per-unit P&L, with a path down to the entry.

QUESTIONS

What people usually ask

If yours is not here, ask — we reply within one business day.

Which system does our operation need to use?
The one you already use. There are more than a hundred ERPs integrated out of the box, healthcare-specific systems among them — MV has a native connector. Where there is no direct connector, the route is by file or database through the Data Hub.
What if each unit is on a different system?
It is the common case in a healthcare group that grew by acquisition. There are more than a hundred ERPs integrated out of the box, and the translation to the management chart happens after the reading, not before.
Do the units have to standardise the chart of accounts?
No. Each keeps its local chart. What has to match is the management chart, and that is configured once.
Can a single unit's result be seen on its own?
Yes, and with permission by area: each board area sees its own slice, and the consolidated figure exists without exposing one unit's detail to another's management.
Who already uses LeverPro in healthcare?
Instituto Mario Penna has a published case, and Mater Dei and Grupo Santa Joana are among the companies running on the platform.
