THE PLATFORM

More than a hundred native ERPs — and the chart of accounts that makes the sum make sense.

Integrating is not pulling data through an API. It is making different companies' charts of accounts mean the same thing at the moment of adding up — which is the work that eats your group close today.

WHAT HOLDS IT UP TODAY

Pulling the data is the easy part; making it add up is not

None of these is the team's lack of effort. They are limits of where the data lives.

  • Each company in the group has its own chart of accounts

Account 3.1.02 in one is not 3.1.02 in another. Adding up requires translating, and translating is manual.

  • Extraction is a separate process

Someone exports, someone prepares, someone loads. Three steps that break when one of them fails.

  • A Brazilian ERP is rarely native

The international platform integrates SAP and Oracle and leaves Totvs and Senior to a home-made connector.

WHAT CHANGES

An out-of-the-box connector, and the mapping done once

  1. Native connector, not an export

The Integration Hub reads the ERP directly. There is no intermediate file for someone to forget to generate.

  2. The Brazilian ones on equal footing

Totvs Protheus, RM and Datasul, Senior and the mid-market come in as first-class citizens — not as exceptions.

  3. The management chart of accounts

It is the piece that turns integration into consolidation. Each company keeps its own in the ERP, and the mapping happens on the platform.

  4. The base stays auditable

The path from the consolidated figure to the source entry is preserved, company by company.

QUESTIONS

What people usually ask

If yours is not here, ask — we reply within one business day.

Do you integrate with our ERP?
There are more than a hundred native ones, with the Brazilian systems on the same footing as the international ones. If yours is not on the visible list, it is worth asking — the answer is usually yes.
How often does the data come in?
The integration is native and continuous; there is no export ritual for someone to run.
And systems that are not ERPs — payroll, billing?
The Integration Hub is the route for those too. The HR base, for instance, is what feeds projected payroll.
Do we need a systems integrator?
No. The rollout is run by our own team, with no mandatory partner, over weeks.
What happens to our chart of accounts?
It stays where it is, in the ERP. The management chart of accounts is a translation layer on the platform — not a migration.
