THE PLATFORM

Where the data lives, who sees what, and what leaves here.

IT's question is not about a certificate: it is about mechanism. Here are the answers — access through your identity provider with SSO, SAML and MFA, access control by area, a trail from the figure to the source entry, and the guarantee that the data is yours and leaves whenever you want.

WHAT HOLDS IT UP TODAY

Today control depends on who did not share the file

None of these is the team's lack of effort. They are limits of where the data lives.

  • The spreadsheet is the worst possible place for the data

It goes around by email, has no access control, and the copy someone downloaded still exists after they leave.

  • Segregating views today means duplicating files

For the manager to see only their store, someone makes a cut-down copy — and it takes on a life of its own.

  • "One more SaaS to maintain"

That is IT's real objection, and a badge does not answer it. Native integration and a guaranteed exit do.

WHAT CHANGES

Control by area, a trail to the entry and a guaranteed exit

  1. Permission by area, not by copy

The slice belongs to the data. A manager sees their branch from the same base the CFO sees whole — not from a separate file.

  2. Trail down to the entry

Every consolidated figure has a way back to the accounting entry behind it. It is what auditors ask for, and what a spreadsheet does not deliver.

  3. Corporate authentication

SSO and SAML with the providers the company already uses, and MFA on access — joining and leaving the platform follows the identity policy already in place.

  4. The data is yours and leaves when you want

Export without negotiation. A platform that holds data hostage is a risk, not a supplier.

WHAT IT ASKS

The four answers that open the assessment

These are the questions that come up in the first technical meeting, and they come before any certificate.

  • Who gets in

SSO and SAML through the identity provider the company already uses, with MFA and the same password and offboarding policy.

  • Who sees what

Permission by area and by slice, on the same base. Segregating no longer requires a copy of the file.

  • Where the figure came from

A trail from the consolidated figure to the source accounting entry, company by company.

  • How the data comes out

Export guaranteed. The data belongs to your company and leaving is not a negotiation.

QUESTIONS

What people usually ask

If yours is not here, ask — we reply within one business day.

Do you have ISO 27001?
Yes, ISO/IEC 27001, with the badge in the footer. Other certifications appear in 2025 sales material and are under review — until there is a document to show, we claim none of them.
Do you support SSO, SAML and MFA?
All three. Access is through the identity provider the company already uses, by SSO or SAML, with MFA — which is why offboarding someone there offboards them here, without going through us.
Where is the data hosted?
It is one of the technical meeting's questions, along with retention and processing. The answer is contractual and comes in writing — not on a marketing page.
Can it be segregated by branch and by manager?
Yes, and it is the most concrete difference from a spreadsheet: the slice belongs to the data. One customer uses exactly that to give each manager their own store's P&L.
What about the LGPD?
The platform operates on financial and personnel data, and how it is handled is part of the commercial agreement, with your legal team involved.
If we end the contract, what happens to the data?
It is exportable. That is the short answer, and it does not change with the state of the negotiation.
