SECTORS

The firm already has the ledger. Management reporting is what is missing.

Whoever does the accounting for several companies already holds the data consolidation needs — and delivers, in practice, the statutory filings. LeverPro reads the ledger where the firm already keeps it and builds the management layer on top, without moving the accounting system.

WHAT HOLDS IT UP TODAY

The firm delivers the filings, and the management reporting is what is missing

None of these is the team's lack of effort. They are limits of where the data lives.

  • The client asks for management reporting and gets statutory filings

The firm delivers the trial balance and the filings on time, and the question that comes next — how was the month — has nowhere to be answered.

  • Each management report is manual work

When the client asks for a management P&L, someone exports the ledger and builds a spreadsheet. The service does not scale with the portfolio.

  • The charts of accounts grew on their own

Each company has its own, built at a different time. Adding up a client's group requires translation before any analysis.

WHAT CHANGES

The management layer on the ledger you already keep

  1. The firm's ledger is the base

Outsourced accounting does not block the management layer: LeverPro reads the ledger where it is — more than a hundred systems are integrated out of the box, accounting ones among them — and builds the P&L, budget and consolidation on it.

  2. Whoever centralises the group has already done the consolidation

A firm that already has the client's companies on the same system is halfway to consolidation — what is missing is the management yardstick, not the data.

  3. The mapping is configuration, not an all-hands effort

Charts of accounts that grew on their own in each company come to add up through the management mapping, done once and valid for the closes that follow.

  4. The monthly routine is agreed during rollout

Where the management layer enters the firm's cycle is designed together with our team, not imposed over what already works.

FROM LEDGER TO DELIVERY

The filing is already done

What is missing is the layer the client asks about.

  • Reads the accounting system

The ledger where the firm already keeps it, with no system change.

  • Translates once

The management mapping across the companies in the portfolio.

  • Delivers management

Management P&L, budget and consolidation on the same ledger.

“LeverPro delivered a leap in efficiency and governance across accounting, with a significant cut in close time, the end of side spreadsheets and far more reliable financial statements.”

QUESTIONS

What people usually ask

If yours is not here, ask — we reply within one business day.

Which accounting system do you read?
There are more than a hundred systems integrated out of the box, accounting ones among them: Domínio, Questor and Nibo have native connectors. Outsourced accounting does not block the management layer — LeverPro reads the ledger wherever it is.
Does this replace the firm's accounting system?
No. The accounting system remains where the statutory filings are done. LeverPro is the management layer on top of it: management P&L, budget and consolidation.
Is it for the firm or for its client?
For both, and that is precisely the advantage of already holding the ledger: the firm starts delivering a service the client currently looks for elsewhere.
Do the charts of accounts have to be standardised?
No. Charts that grew on their own in each company come to add up through the management mapping, configured once.
What does the monthly routine look like?
It is agreed during rollout, run by our own team, starting from the cycle the firm already has — not from a new process imposed on top.
