THE PLATFORM

One base, one engine, and every surface on the same figure.

LeverPro connects the company's ERPs into a single auditable base, centralises the calculation in one engine and links it all to each function's native AI. The result is the same figure everywhere, at the same time, with no manual reconciliation.

WHAT HOLDS IT UP TODAY

The same figure changes depending on which tool you open

None of these is the team's lack of effort. They are limits of where the data lives.

  • The figure depends on where you look

P&L, dashboard, spreadsheet and presentation were updated at different times. The meeting starts by deciding which one to believe.

  • Each consolidation is an all-hands effort

Companies with different charts of accounts only add up once someone translates — every month, by hand.

  • A generic AI does not know the operation

It answers well about finance in general and knows nothing about your cost centre, your branch and your close.

WHAT CHANGES

From reading the ERP to the finished document

  1. The integration layer

More than a hundred native ERPs, the Brazilian ones included — Totvs Protheus, RM and Datasul, Senior, and the mid-market systems. Integrating here is not pulling data through an API: it is making different companies' charts of accounts mean the same thing at the moment of adding up.

  2. The central calculation engine

The calculation happens once, in the engine. Changing the assumption at the source changes report, spreadsheet, presentation and dashboard at the same moment — there is no second place to update later.

  3. The native AIs of each function

Twelve surfaces reading the same base: statements, documents, spreadsheets, slides, payroll, strategy, workflows and the bridge to BI.

  4. Levir AI on top of it all

It orchestrates the native AIs with the whole operation's context and returns the finished document — not a summary, the deliverable.

HOW IT IS BUILT

Three layers a competitor cannot copy together

Each one solves a different problem, and it is the full stack that produces the same figure everywhere.

  • Integration

The group's ERPs read natively, with the management chart of accounts mapping between them.

  • Calculation engine

The rule lives here and is applied once. The surfaces read; none of them recalculates on its own.

  • Native AIs

Twelve surfaces on the same base, each in the format its function needs.

“With LeverPro we gained organized information and confidence in decision-making. The P&L, which used to close only on the 15th, is now ready in 5 business days — and the forecast went from one-off to routine.”

QUESTIONS

What people usually ask

If yours is not here, ask — we reply within one business day.

Does LeverPro replace the ERP?
No. The ERP remains the system of record; the platform reads its ledger and produces the management layer, the planning and the AI surfaces on top.
What if we have several ERPs?
It is the common case in the profile we serve. The Integration Hub reads several at once, and the management chart of accounts is what makes consolidation mean anything.
How long does the rollout take?
Weeks, run by our own team, with no mandatory systems integrator. The customer's involvement is 4 to 6 hours a week.
What size of company is this for?
A mid-sized Brazilian company: 100 to 2,000 employees, with someone dedicated to FP&A or controllership, Excel as the main planning tool and more than one company, branch or ERP to consolidate. Below that it usually is not worth it — and we say so in the first conversation.
Is Anaplan your competitor?
Day to day, no: it is Excel. What the platform competes for is the time spent building spreadsheets today.
